Cancellation Process:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [care@alingwaves.com].
- Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
Monthly Plan (₹60 INR / 1 Month): Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions. However, you can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged for the following month.
Quarterly Plan (₹150 INR / 3 Months): If you cancel before the end of the 3-month period, you will not be charged for the next quarter. No partial refunds will be provided.
Yearly Plan (₹500 INR / 12 Months): No refunds are issued for yearly plans. You can cancel at any time, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the year.
Changes to Subscription:
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you choose to upgrade, the difference will be charged based on the remaining time in your current plan.
Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. We will notify you before the renewal date via email.
