Pricing Policy


General Pricing Terms

All prices are displayed transparently at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or service charges. We are committed to clear, honest pricing with no hidden fees.


Taxes and Charges

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be calculated and shown at checkout.

A platform service fee of 2.36% is applied to all subscription plans and is reflected in the final invoice.


Subscription Plans

Users can subscribe to our plans with preferential pricing:

  • Monthly: ₹60 INR / 1 Month
  • Quarterly: ₹150 INR / 3 Months
  • Yearly: ₹500 INR / 12 Months
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

We support a variety of secure payment options:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
Note: Subscription payments cannot be made using the wallet balance.

In-App Wallet System

Users can add funds to their in-app wallet and use the balance for purchases within the platform.

  • Wallet funds can be used for one-time purchases (excluding subscriptions).
  • Wallet balance is refundable upon request, subject to verification.
  • Promotional credits (if any) are applied automatically during checkout.
  • Users can view wallet balance and transaction history in their account dashboard.

Refund Policy for Pricing Discrepancies

We strive to maintain accurate pricing; however, if a discrepancy occurs due to a system issue, please review the following guidelines:

Reporting Window:
  • Any pricing errors must be reported within 24 hours from the time of the transaction.
Verification Process:
  • Reported discrepancies will be reviewed and verified by our support team.
  • Documentation, including screenshots or transaction details, may be requested to validate the error.
Refund Procedure:
  • Once a discrepancy is confirmed, any overcharged amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In cases where transactions were made via the in-app wallet, the refund will be credited back to the wallet balance.
Communication and Support:
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund request is received and again once the refund is processed.
  • For any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact our customer support with your transaction ID and details of the pricing discrepancy.
Promotional Offers:
  • Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Refunds will not include adjustments for any promotional discounts offered during the transaction.
Exceptions and Limitations:
  • Pricing discrepancies stemming from intentional promotional changes or scheduled price updates are not eligible for refunds.
  • Only genuine errors attributable to technical glitches will be considered under this policy.
