Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Plan (₹60 INR / 1 Month): Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions. However, you can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged for the following month.

Quarterly Plan (₹150 INR / 3 Months): If you cancel before the end of the 3-month period, you will not be charged for the next quarter. No partial refunds will be provided.

Yearly Plan (₹500 INR / 12 Months): No refunds are issued for yearly plans. You can cancel at any time, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the year.

Refunds for Service Outages or Issues

If the service is unavailable or experiences significant downtime, we may issue a prorated refund for the downtime experienced. The refund will be created within 7 business days of assessing the downtime.
- We will extend your subscription by the amount of downtime experienced, or
- We may issue a prorated refund for the period during which the Service was unavailable.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, we may reinstate your account. However, if the chargeback is not resolved in your favor, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service, and you may be liable for any fees associated with the chargeback.

Modifications to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

Alingvaves reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on the website, and we will provide notice if significant changes are made. Please review this section periodically to stay informed of any updates
